The brownies themselves are a fudgy chocolate brownie. The frosting is just a little bit boozed-up. If you’re not into booze, you certainly don’t have to add any booze to these brownies, but if you like the taste of whiskey, then you’ll enjoy this boozy chocolate frosting!
Seven Layer Bars Feb 23rd 2017, 11:00, by Ashley Fehr
These Seven Layer Bars have a graham cracker crust and are piled with nuts, coconut, chocolate chips and white chocolate chips! They are totally decadent!
I feel like these Seven Layer Bars are one of those recipes that everyone has and loves, but I often forget about.
Because I’m always on the lookout for new recipes or exciting new combinations, sometimes I forget about those classic recipes from childhood. But I am so happy to be sharing them here with you today!
My son saw what I was making the other day and gave me a big “eye roll.” He says I’m always trying to sneak cauliflower into things. This recipe combines cauliflower and potatoes about half-and-half, and they’re all mashed together to create a wonderful mashed side dish. To me, they’re mashed potatoes with a a hint of cauliflower flavor mixed in. I love them. It’s a good way to enjoy mashed potatoes that are a little less carb-y than full-on mashed potatoes.
Easy French Onion Soup Feb 7th 2017, 11:00, by Kristine Rosenblatt
This Easy French Onion Soup is rich, comforting and so good with toasted cheesy bread for dipping!
Lately I’ve been craving soup on a weekly (sometimes daily) basis. It makes the perfect lunch. I can make a big pot of soup on Sunday and then portion it out to take to work with me over the next few days.
Lunches made and ready to go for days? Yes, please!
Recently I made a big pot of this French Onion Soup, and it was delicious for Sunday dinner on a cold, rainy day. There’s something magical about toasted cheesy bread on top of a hot bowl of soup!

If you’ve ever been to Mardi Gras, but you’re a little past the “party” stage, why not bring the experience home with a more sophisticated dinner party that celebrates some of New Orleans finest dishes.
Acai Berry Bowl Jan 24th 2017, 11:00, by Maryanne Cabrera
This Acai Berry Bowl is a tasty tropical vacation you can enjoy any day of the week!
Acai (pronouced ah-sigh-ee) bowls are popular up and down the California coast. Just like poke bowls, they’re spreading like wildfire throughout the country. And for good reason– because they’re so refreshing and delicious.
Having a warm, hearty appetizer for a party is always a good idea and in my opinion stuffed mushrooms are about as good as it gets! I love how versatile they are and fairly easy to make once you get the hang of it.
This version starts with ground chicken (or turkey), garlic, onion, and a few spices. Cook that down in a skillet and then add in the cheese! I like Gruyere but anything melty and delicious would work great.
