The Court Hotel- New York City : a Review Apr 24th 2016, 10:00, by Lori Lange
Here’s another hotel review for New York City– this is an affordable option to bookmark for your next visit to NYC: The Court Hotel
The Court: a St. Giles Premiere Hotel is the boutique sister hotel to The Tuscany (just two doors down). I stayed at The Tuscany a couple years ago and I loved both the hotel and the area so much that I decided to give The Court a shot on this next visit. The Court isn’t quite as fancy as The Tuscany. The decor is perhaps a little tired in spots, but I really loved it. It has an older charm about it. You can get a room here for as little as (what I spotted) $119/night… which is pretty unheard of in New York City!! Even the larger suites seem reasonably priced compared to the usual NYC hotel rooms.
Cauliflower Pizza Casserole Apr 16th 2016, 11:34, by Lori Lange
Here’s a super easy side dish recipe using cauliflower: Cauliflower Pizza Casserole
I mentioned that this is a side dish… but you might decide to have it for lunch too (like I did). It’s a pretty light dish too… even though it happens to have loads of CHEESE! Nutritional information is included in the recipe below (Weight Watchers SmartPoints too).
Lamb Kofta Apr 14th 2016, 10:00, by Lori Lange
One of my favorites for the grill: Lamb Kofta
My hunch is that you’re one of two camps: either you really love lamb… or you really don’t like it at all. What camp are you in? And if you’re in the camp of, “I’ve never actually tried lamb…,” then I suggest you give it a shot. When I was growing up, my grandparents lived on a ranch and served us lamb all the time. I really enjoy the flavor a lot. We don’t have it often these days, but my family always enjoys when I do something different with it.
Asian Chicken Salad Apr 10th 2016, 10:00, by Lori Lange
Here’s a most delicious main-dish salad recipe: Asian Chicken Salad
I am thrilled to be sharing this salad recipe with you today because it has the most amazing, addicting salad dressing recipe to go with it. This salad is all about the dressing! It’s a peanut buttery dressing that goes perfectly with the chicken. I just wanted to keep sticking my finger in the dressing and tasting it. Yum!
